白虫小茧蜂的寻主利它素存在于紫胶、白虫虫粪、白虫虫丝的混合物中,它们的甲醇抽提物活性最高,能诱发52.50%、40.00%的雌蜂产生触角探索和产卵管刺探的行为;实验表明,该利它素的稳定性高;使用它可以提高白虫小茧蜂在替换寄主上的寄生率,有利于这种寄生蜂的大量繁殖。
The host-searching kairomones of Bracon greeni exist in the mixture of lae, the frass and silk of Eublemma amabilis larvae. The active ingredients were successfully extracted by methanol, and could elicite antennation and oviposition probing of 52.5%, 40%, respectively. The laboratory studies showed that the kairomones are stable. The kairomones could increase the parasitising rate of Bracon greeni on the larvae of great wax moth, and it will be beneficial to enhance mass reproduction of the parasites.
