摘要
介绍了与借助互联网收集空闲机时的背景、研究状况和技术手段 ,给出了此类系统的评价标准 ,即吞吐率、资源利用率和响应时间。确定了适用于此类系统的任务的结构应由管理和数理处理部分组成 ,提出并分析了包驱动方式的空闲机时收集机制 ,其特点是以统一的包的方式对待数据和代码 ,各资源提供者根据自身空闲程度主动取任务回来执行。最后 ,从实现的角度讨论了提高资源利用率和缩短响应时间的具体措施。
Relevant background, research status and techniques about recycling idle cycles through Internet are introduced. The evaluating criteria, which includes throughput, resource usage rate and response time, is given. The task structure, which is consisted of administering part and processing part, is determined. A packet driven mechanism is proposed. This mechanism is characterized as usage rate proportional publishing strategy and the uniform treatment of data and code as packet. Finally, the implementation details ensuring higher resource usage rate and shorter response time are discussed.
