摘要
在实验室条件下,研究了星豹蛛成蛛对不同密度的棉蚜的捕食功能,以及温度、性别对捕食功能的影响和捕食者自身密度对捕食作用的影响.根据试验结果,分别按 Holling、Watt 模型模拟,经卡方检验,其理论值与实测值无统计学差异.
In laboratory,it was observed the functional response of Pardosa astrigera to its prey,Aphis gossypii,and to its own density.Also it was studied the effects of temperature and sex to the functional response.The functional res- ponse of the predator to the prey and to its own population desity can be des- eribed by the models of Holling and Watt.A X^2 lest showed that the theorctical expectation fits the observed value.
