摘要
介绍了由８９Ｃ５１ 组成的微单片机测控系统和由硬件电路实现完整波形的加热方式。通过对热敏电阻的线性化处理和控制信号的ＤＩＰ 算法，实现了加热系统的变功率调节，使异形威化筒烘烤机的温控性能获得了较大的提高。
The paper introduces measurememt and control system with 89C51 monolithic microcomputer and heating manner of complete sine wave with hardware circuit. Through linearization of thermistor and DIP algorithm of temperature control signal, realized variabl power control of heating system. The temperature control performance of heteromrphic wafer cylinder baking machine was gained improvement.
