摘要
小麦淀粉性状和糯性(Waxy)蛋白的研究是近年来小麦品质育种的重要课题之一,本文综述了国外研究者关于小麦Waxy蛋白及其鉴定方法,Wexy蛋白与淀粉性状的关系,编码Wexy蛋白的Wx基因的序列和表达。Waxy蛋白的氨基酸序列及糯性(Waxy)小麦的产生途径等方面的研究进展,并就Waxy蛋白的作用谈一些认识。
In recent years,the study on starch properties and Waxy protein was one of the major topics in wheat quality breeding.The research progress about Waxy protein and its identifying methods, the correlation hetween Waxy protein and starch properties,the sequences and performances of Wx gene coding Waxy protein, the ammonia sequences of Waxy protein and the way of producing Waxy wheat by foreign researchers are summarized in this article. The effects of Waxy protein in common wheat (Triticum aestivum )are discussed.
