摘要
对采用二次逆流浸提工艺提取玉米胚芽饼中的菲丁进行了试验研究,分析了pH值、浸泡时间对菲了提取量的影响,对一次浸提和二次逆流浸提工艺进行了比较。试验结果表明,浸泡液的pH值为1.1,浸泡时间4h,中和终点的pH值为6.2,菲下提取率可达到90%以上,与一次浸提相比,在同样条件下,菲丁得率提高18.8%。由于采用卧式卸料离心分离机,解决了过滤困难的问题。
Extracting phytin from corn germ cake hy twice counter - flow extraction process was carried through. The effect of pH value and soak time on phytin yield was analyzed, and a comparison of twice counter - flow extraction process with once extraction process was conducted. Results showed that the extraction rae by twice extraction process reached above 90%, l8. 8% higher than that by once extraction process, with the condition of pH value of soak solution l. l, pH value at the endpoint 6 .2 and soak time 4h. The problem of filtration difficulty was solved by using horizontal centrifugal separator.
