摘要
本文报道在注射条件下亚洲玉米螟Ostrinia furnacalis 5龄幼虫血细胞对侵入物的防卫反应。实验采用的侵入物包括大肠杆菌、苏芸金杆菌、酵母菌、白僵菌和人血细胞。实验表明颗粒细胞对异物有吞噬作用,还可与浆细胞共同形成结节进行防卫;解剖发现,结节可存在于脂肪体表面。注射异物半小时后;虫体内血细胞总数骤然下降,三种主要血细胞中颗粒细胞近乎消失,而浆细胞和小球细胞的数量则有明显上升。
The cellular reponses to foreign objects introduced into the haemocoel of the larvae in fifth instar of Ostrinia furnacalis were experimentally investigated.The foreign objects included Escherichia colt,Bacillus thuringiensis,Saccharomyces cerevisiae,Beauveria bassiana and human red blood cells.Five types of the insect hemocytes were examined in the hemolymph:prohe-mocyte (PR),plasmatocyte (PL),granulocyte (GR),spherulocyte (SP),and oenocytoid (OE).The results indicated that against smaller foreign objects the GRs would show phagocytic action as the main response while in the case of invasion by large dose of microbes they would form nodules with the participation of PLs.It was seen that nodules could be found on the surface of the fat body of the infected larvae when dissected.The total hemocyte count decreased sharply from 30,800/μl to 10,800/μl in half an hour after E.coli injection.At the same time,the differential hemocyte count showed that the GRs nearly disappeared,from the hemolymph and the number of SPs and PLs inreased greatly.The results of the above experiments are discussed
