我国农产品已由短缺变成相对过剩 ,农业发展受到需求的约束。农业的出路不再是生产量的增加 ,调整种植结构 ,发展农产品加工 ,加快产业化经营成为农业现代化的课题。农民应该生产什么 ?仅仅提出生产专用品种、优质品种 ,不仅很难回答农民的问题 ,而且 ,不利于引导农业迅速向产业化经营转变。农产品生产规格化、标准化才是农业产业化经营的基础。产品规格化、标准化生产流通体系也要求农业经营组织化、生产规模化。

Agricultural production has changed to relative overproduction from product shortage in China.Development of agricultural production is restricted by requirement.The way out for agricultrue is no longer to increase the yield.Adjusting plant structure,developing agriculture product processing,accelerating agricultural industrialization are the topics of agricultural modernization.What should farmers produce?It is difficult to answer the question only by supplying special or high quality varieties.It is favorable for reaching agricultural industrialization to develop a product circulation system with agriculture product normalization and standardization.It also requires systematization of agricultural management,development of large scale production and modernization of technology.
