摘要
蓖麻粕中含有生物碱等毒性物质 ,当其含量超过 0 1 %时 ,鸡食用就会导致中毒麻痹死亡。对蓖麻碱测定 ,通常采用薄层层析法 ,检测周期长 ,操作繁琐 ,不易掌握。经多次试验 ,选用紫外分光光度法进行检测 ,结果准确、快速 ,适用性强。
s:There are some poisonous substances as alkaloid in the pomace of castor-oil plant.The broods will die when they eat the fodders composed of more than 0.1 percents pomace of castor-oil.We usually take folium sandwich technic to test alkaloid in pomace of castor-oil plant.It takes long cycle and it works complexly.It is hard to operate.By lots of experiments,we adopt ultraviolet spectrophotometry to examine pomace of castor-oil plant quantificationally.It is not only fast but also exact.It has great applications.
