摘要
随着人们生活水平的提高 ,人们对大米的要求是不仅要好吃还要好看 ,大米好看(外观质量 )除了有米机的因素外 ,白米后整理的作用也很大 。
With the improvement of people living level,the requirements for refined rice are not only palatable but also good-looking in its appearance quality.Except for the factors of rice milling machines,however,the appearance quality of rice is greatly affected by the sorting of white rice.Consequently the problems on the sorting of white rice have been emphatically discussed in the paper.
