摘要
通过引入辅助圆 和辅助圆 ,对传统的按行程速比系数 K设计曲柄摇杆机构的图解法作了改进 ,使设计过程更简单、直接 ,在此基础上经过简单计算给出了 4种条件下的曲柄摇杆机构的设计方法。另外 ,本文还对 型和 型曲柄摇杆机构的行程速比系数K、极位夹角
Via introducing the 'Auxiliary Circle Ⅰ' and 'Auxiliary Circle Ⅱ' , the paper contributes a new way to improving the traditional graphic method for designing the crank-rocker mechanism in according with the travel velocity-ratio coefficient K , and makes the design process more simple and direct. And then the paper presents the design methods of the crank-rocker mechanism under four conditions according to some simple calculation. In addition, the ranges of travel velocity-ratio K and limit position angle θ in crank-rocker mechanism type-Ⅰand type- Ⅱ are discussed in the paper.
