摘要
利用光学显微镜对菜花蛇皮的组织结构进行了研究。研究结果表明 :蛇皮真皮层上层中有大量的色素细胞 ,鳞片去除后留下的凹下菱形或椭圆形边缘 ,构成了蛇皮美观的立体花纹 ,且种类不同 ,花纹不同。另外 ,蛇皮中无汗腺、脂肪组织 ;蛇皮腹部有大量肌肉组织 ,加工时要注意去肉 ;蛇皮较薄 ,胶原纤维细小 ,真皮上层和真皮下层胶原纤维束区别大 。
The characteristics of histological structure of cautiflower snake skin was studied by optical microscope.The results show that there are much of pigment cells in the upper corium of the snake skin, and scales were removed, appearing'dip'region as rhombus or ellipse like in the grain of the snake skin. So the cautiflower snake skin are of beautiful grain. The grain patterns vary with species difference.There is no sweet gland and fat tissue, but the striated muscles appended to the corium. The thin collagen fibers in the upper corium layer of the snake skin are compactly woven, but the lower corium layer is much looser. Therefore, in order to produce high quality leather from the snake skin, the muscle tissue should be removed and the difference between the two layers should be eliminated or reduced.
