摘要
近两年，我国政府针对社会需求严重不足的问题，实施了一系列扩张性的财政政策和货币政策，这是一种正确的选择。但是，这种政策效应却正在递减。本文指出了影响这种政策效应的最根本原因是目前我国尚存在不少体制性障碍，并从市场制度、企业制度和社会保证制度等方面进行了揭示和分析。
Of late years China has carried out a series of financial and monetary policies with the characteristics of expansion in accordance with the serious insufficiency of social demands,it is no doubt a right choice but the efficacy is decreasing progressively. Through analyzing and revealing market system,enterprise system,and social security system,this article indicates that the basic cause of it is the existing strucural obstacles.
