摘要
以聚丙烯酰胺为絮凝剂 ,对洁霉素发酵液进行净化研究。得到较好的净化条件为 :聚丙烯酰胺浓度为 90PPm ,絮凝温度为 35℃ ,PH值为 3。为洁霉素发酵工业采用聚丙烯酰胺絮凝分离发酵液中的杂质提供参考依据。
Flocculation of lincomycin fermentation broth was studied by using flocculant polyacrylamide .Superior results obtained from the tries showed that concentration of poyacrylamide was 90 ppm ,flocculation temperature was 35℃ and flocculation PH value was 3 in the broth.
