摘要
研究了不同瓷石加入量对坯体的强度、热稳定性、液相粘度及半透明度的影响,确定了最佳的瓷石加入量,生产出了机械强度高、规整度好、热稳定性好、烧成温度低的理想瓷种。通过工业化生产试验证明,产品质量已达到实验室生产水平。
In this paper, the influence of Pengyang china stone added to bodies on strength,thermal shock resistance,viscosity of liquid phase and translucency is studied. By determining the additive content of proper china stones, the ideal ware with high mechanical strength and resistance of thermal shock as well as low firing temperature is developed through industrial experiment. The quality of product is fulfil the standard of laboratory product.
