摘要
采用互穿网络理论 ,用丙烯酸酯 (甲基丙烯酸甲酯MMA、丙烯酸丁酯BA、丙烯酸 )对聚氨酯进行改性 ,在无苯溶剂体系下合成高性能环保型鞋用胶粘剂 ,并讨论溶剂、固化剂对粘接性能的影响 ,通过批量生产和使用 ,表明该鞋用胶粘剂初粘力大、粘接强度高、适用性广。
According to interpenetrating polymer network theory,polyurethane is modified using acylatessuch as MMA,BA,AA.In the non toluene solvents,high quality and pollution free shoe adhesive is synthesized.This paper also discusses the influence of solvents and curing agent on adhesive capability.After batch production and trial,SIN type polyurethane non toluene shoe adhesive demonstrates great initial adhesion,strong bonding strength,and wide adaptability.
