摘要
研究了用高碘酸钠 (NaIO4)溶液氧化纤维素的过程与性能 ,用红外光谱验证了氧化纤维素的结构。考察了溶液pH值、氧化时间、氧化温度和氧化剂浓度等因素对氧化纤维素醛基含量和回收率的影响。结果表明 ,随IO- 4 浓度的增大、氧化时间的延长、氧化温度和pH值的升高 ,纤维素降解程度愈深 ,其回收率愈低 ;随IO- 4 浓度和氧化温度的升高 ,醛基含量愈高 。
Study on oxidizing cellulose to oxycellulose by sodium periodate solution was carried out. The structure of oxycellulose was confirmed with IR. The effects of reaction conditions such as oxidation time, temperature, pH value of solution, and oxidant concentration on the yield and content of aldehyde group in the oxycellulose were investigated in detail. The results showed that the yield reduced while IO4- concentration, pH value, oxidation time and temperature increased, and that when IO4- concentration and oxidation temperature increased, the aldehyde group content increased also, whereas it can reach higher value at optimum pH value and oxidation time.
