摘要
如何确定冶炼回收率的合理极值,是现实生产管理中急待解决的问题.该文从系统论的观点出发,在控制好内生变量的基础上,按照现实生产条件下得出的精矿品位与回收率变化的规律,建立线性回归模型,据以确定冶炼不同品位的精矿,应达到的合理回收率指标.经理论与实践验证,其方法可行.为加强冶金生产技术管理提供了可靠的依据.
How to determine the reasonable extreme value of recovery ratio in smelting is a Problem which deserves to be solved urgently at Present Production management. From a viewpoint of systematology and on the basis of controlling internal variables, this paper builds up a model of linear regression to determine the norms of reasonable recovery ratio which concentrates of different grades should reach in smelting according to the grades of concentrates and the changes of recovery ratio under ratio under present Production condition. It is feasible by the verification of theory and practice. It forms a basis for strengthening the management of production and technique in smelting.
