摘要
芜湖长江大桥 ,主跨 312m ,是目前国内最大跨度的公铁两用桥。该桥设计在矮塔斜拉、钢筋混凝土板与钢桁梁结合、国产 14MnNbq钢材使用、厚板箱杆件焊接等方面具有特色 ,桥梁竖向刚度设计突破了现行铁路桥梁设计规范。特别是该桥使用国产 14MnNbq钢材 ,主要部件中采用了厚板箱杆件焊接 ,防止出现裂纹和因裂纹发展而断裂 ,是关键技术中的重点问题。这些新设计理论、新材料、新工艺为我国铁路桥向更大跨度发展提供了宝贵经验。
Wuhu Yangtze River bridge with a 312 m main span is a highway/railway combined bridge with the largest span in China. It features in design low tower cable staying, reinforced concrete plate in combination with steel truss beam in combination, use of 14MnNbq steel and thick plate box bracing. Especially worthy of note is the use of 14MnNbq, a china make steel. The main parts of the bridge are of thick plate box with bracing welded to prevent cracking which is likely to develop into breaks. This is a key technical issue. These new design theory and new material, new technique render valuable experience for China to development even larger span railway bridges in the future.
