摘要
芜湖长江大桥是中国 2 0世纪末修建的跨度最大、规模最大的公铁两用新型桥梁 ,设计中采用了一系列新技术———新结构、新材料、新工艺。本文作为芜湖桥关键技术研究项目之一 ,对钢梁疲劳设计方法以及对重要构造细节疲劳试验研究予以介绍 ,包括一般理论、芜湖桥研究采用的设计理论和方法、所进行的大吨位疲劳试验、试件破坏的形态描述和所得到的疲劳试验结果。该研究成果及时提供给大桥设计者 ,保证了大桥的设计质量和建设工期。并被纳入 2 0 0 0年公布实施的《铁路桥梁钢结构设计规范》TB10 0 0 2 2 99。
Wuhu Yangtze River bridge is a new type of railway highway bridge with the longest span and the largest scale in China at the end of 20th century. A series of new technology, new structure style, new steel material and new processing technology, have been used in the design. As one of the key technology research projects of Wuhu Bridge, this article will introduce the fatigue design method and the fatigue model test for some important structural details in Wuhu Bridge. That includes general theory, the design theory and method adopted by Wuhu Bridge, the fatigue test with high tonnage, model description of some details based on the destroyed samples, as well as the results of the fatigue tests. This research achievement was provided promptly to bridge design, and therefore insured the design quality of the bridge and the building time for the project. It was included in the Code for Design on Steel Structure of Railway Bridge TB10002 2 99 issued and implemented in 2000.
