摘要
整体节点是一种新的结构型式 ,为了了解其受力规律 ,并对整体节点的型式进行优化分析 ,本文首先针对特定整体节点试件建立了计算模型 ,用有限元方法进行了应力计算 ,通过应力测试对计算结果作了验证。经过对该试件的应力分析 ,建立了用于整体节点优化分析的简化计算模型。对不同节点板宽 (d)以及节点板圆弧半径 (R)的整体节点的应力计算 ,分析了R d与整体节点最大应力集中系数 (Kmax)的关系以及R d对整体节点应力集中的影响。经对计算结果的拟合 ,给出了反映R d与Kmax 的关系的近似公式。通过对优化计算结果的分析 ,讨论了进行整体节点优化设计所应考虑的影响因素 ,并提出了相应的结论及建议。
This paper focuses on the stress distribution and optimum analyze of steel truss integral joint, which is a new structure type. First, it established the calculation model for calculating the stress of a special specimen of integral joint by the means of FEM, checked the results by testing, and simplified the calculation model for optimum analysis. Then it calculated the stress of integral nodes with different plate width ( d ) and the radius ( R ), analyzed the relationship of R/d and the maximum stress concentration coefficient ( K max ) and the influence of the R/d on the stress concentration, derived the matching formula of reflecting the relationship of R/d and Kmax. Thirdly, it analyzed the calculating result and discussed the influence factors that should be considered in optimum design. Finally, it put forward the conclusions and advices
