摘要
芜湖长江大桥钢梁使用国产 14MnNbq钢 ,为整体结点拼接板桁组合结构。桁梁主要由带纵肋的箱形杆件组成 ,最大板厚达 5 0mm ,需要在制造时采用新工艺。在大量科学研究的基础上 ,制定了专门的钢梁制造规则和焊接质量检验标准 ,有效地控制了焊接变形和焊缝质量。钢梁架设使用自行研制的 5 0t液压全回转吊机 ,采用悬臂架设法 ,在架设过程中通过实时监测 ,有效掌握了施工过程中结构受力状况 ,保证了施工安全。
China make 14MnNbq steel is used in the Wuhu Yangtze River bridge. It is of integral mode connection and plate truss composite structure. The truss beam consists mainly of box type bracings with longitudinal strengthening bars, the plate being 50 mm thick at maximum and requiring new technique in the course of manufacturing. On the basis of abundant research results we have formulated specific steel beam manufacturing regulation and welding quality inspection standards, thus effectively controlling the deformation and quality of welding. The erection of the steel beams is done with a 50 t hydraulic fully rotary crane that is developed by the Corporation. The erection is done with cantilevers. During the installation of the bridge beam, there is real time control to effectively control the forces exerted on the structure in the process of installation and thus ensuring installation safety.
