摘要
本文利用等强化材料的在屈服函数中不考虑相变因素的变系数、含相变的非线性热弹塑性增量泛函,融合凝固理论,用有限元素法,迭代法及修正的第三类边界条件,对金属凝固过程中的瞬态温度场进行数值模拟和热残余应力分析.作为算例,本文对轴对称灰口铸铁在砂型铸造中的温度场进行了数值分析及测试,同时作了热应力分析.
Aabtracts Without the phase transformation in the yield function,the paper takes the numerical analogue on the transient temperature and the analysis of the thermal residual stress field,by means of solidification theory,Iteration,Finite element method,the third kind of correctde thermal boundary condition,and ac- cording to the increamental functions of nonlinear thermoelasto-plasticity with temperature-dependent material properties and phase transformation are considered. As an example,a problem of an axially-symetrical solidification of gray iron in sand form is analyzed. And the numerical results of the temperature field are contrasted to the expeimental data.
