昆明船房河底泥反硝化作用模拟研究

摘要 从生态学角度在实验室模拟研究了溶解氧、温度、pH 和碳氮比对河底泥中反硝化作用的影响.采用正交试验设计安排实验,应用乙炔阻断法(acetylene in-hibition method)中断反硝化作用产生的一氧化二氮的还原,然后采用气相色谱测定.实验结果表明:四个因素均对反硝化作用呈极显著影响.在设计的各水平范围内,其主次关系依次为温度、碳氮比、溶解氧、pH;其最佳组合条件为:温度34℃、碳氮比2:1、溶解氧12ppm、pH7.2.并初步分离出反硝化作用菌群. The effects of dissolved oxygen,temperature,pH and even C/N ratio on the denitrification of the sediment of Chuan Fung river were studied ecolgically in laboratory.Orthogonal design of experiment was adopted for the experiment arrangement and acetylene inhibition technique was used for inhibition of the reduction of denitrification-producing nitrous oxide,which was detected with SC-4 Gas Chromotograph. The results show that each of the four factors has marked effect on the denitrification,and their ordinal sequence is temperature,C/N ratio,dissolved oxygen and then pH.The best conditions for the denitrification of the sediment are temperature 34℃,C/N ratio 2:1,dissolved oxygen 12ppm and pH 7.2.The microbiologic community of the denitrification was examined too.
