摘要
通过对埋入式钢弦传感元件用于大跨度预应力混凝土梁桥箱梁悬浇施工中的关键截面的应力测试及其测试原理和施工控制的讨论 ,分析了测试应力的一些影响因素和测试系统的误差 ,使测试应力能反映实际结构的真实应力 .结合京珠高速公路上的蔡甸汉江大桥在箱梁悬浇过程中的应力测试 ,找出箱梁结构实际应力的变化规律 。
This paper discusses the stress test method of transduers laid in its key cross sections and its test principle and construction control technique to the cast in place cantilever construction of box beam of long span prestressed concrete beam bridge, and analyzes some infection factors and error of test system about test stress. Test stress adjusted approximates true stress of actual structure.It combines the stress test for Han River Bridge of Jingzhu Expressway at Caidian,finds the actual law of stress variation of concrete leam, which provdes a scientific base for design modification and guaranttee the quality of coustruction.
