摘要 在 MPX-2 0 0 0盘销式摩擦磨损试验机上 ,研究了弹性金属塑料复合材料在干滑动条件下的摩擦磨损特性 .结果表明 :在给定的试验条件下 ,EMP复合材料与 40 # 锻钢对摩时 ,相同滑动速度下摩擦因数随载荷的升高而减小 ,相同载荷下滑动速度高摩擦因数反而低 ,当试验转速分别为1 1 0 2 r/ min和 3 70 r/ min时 ,其摩擦因数最后分别基本稳定为 0 .0 74和 0 .0 82 .而磨损率随载荷的升高而增大 ,高速时的磨损率比低速时的大 .结合磨损表面的扫描电子显微镜分析 ,给出了 EMP复合材料磨损的主要过程 ,并据此解释了该材料的上述现象 . Friction and wear characteristics of elastic metallic plastic composite on dry sliding friction were investigated by using MPX 2000 test rig. The results showed that under the given test conditions, the friction coefficient decreased with the increasing of load at the same sliding velocity when the composite fractionated with steel, and the friction coefficient was low when sliding velocity was high at same load. The friction coefficient could stabilize at 0.074 when n =1102 r/min and at 0.082 when n =370 r/min. The wear rate increases with the increasing of load, and it was bigger in high velocity than that in low velocity. Meanwhile, the main wear mechanism, which could be used to explain the friction and wear process of EMP composite, were given by means of SEM photographs of worn surface.
