摘要
对明朗铸造用原砂分别进行一般水洗处理和干态逆流处理,测定了予处理砂及相应的树脂型(芯)砂的性能.明朗砂颗粒与都昌砂颗粒在矿物晶体形态方面存在较大差异,前者属微单晶体群(多晶体)构成的石英集合体,后者属晶体发育成长不佳并受磨损而失去原有晶形的石英单体.原砂颗粒矿物晶体形态不同,其原生性能尤其是粒貌、对予处理方法的适应性和效果、所形成树脂砂的性能等方面的反应也相应不同.
Natural sand for founding were pretreated with water and dry intensive scrubbed respectively.The properties of the pretreated sand and the resin-bonded sand were tested.The sand grain from Ming Lang differs considerably from that from Du Chang in mineral crystal shape.The former is the quartz collectivity which is formed of micro single crystals.The latter is the quartz single crystal which grows up unhealthily and its grain shape has been changed by abrasion. With the difference of the mineral crysaal shapes,the properties of the natural sand,specofically the grain shape will have different effects on the suitability and the rseult of the pretreatment and on the prop- erties of the resin-bonded sand.
