There are lots of database access in a database application system. How can we access the database properly is always the key to improves efficiency of application system, enhances security of database and reduces wastage. In this paper, we introduce the way of use stored procedure and the benefits we can get based on the development of foreground application in the long-distance education system. By using the stored procedure, the performance foreground application will be promote, also the enhanced system reliability and security.
