上海船厂首次将 12万t散货船改装成减载平台船。笔者总结了减载平台船的设计与改建技术 ,可供业内人士参考。
The author gives a general conclusion of designing and converting load-reducing platform-vessel with a successful experience of converting a 120 000 t bulk freighter into a load-reducing platform-vessel achieved by Shanghai Shipyard.
