船舶螺旋桨轴状态监测研究

为了推动油液监测技术在船舶机械中的应用 ,文中对船舶螺旋桨轴实施油液监测的必要性进行了介绍 ,以两条不同类型的船舶为例 ,采集油样并进行了检测分析 ,得到了螺旋桨轴正常状态下主要磨损元素的浓度和主要磨损类型磨粒的显微特征。这些研究结果对指导油液监测技术在船舶机械中的应用具有重要意义。

In order to push forward the application of oil-monitoring technique on marine machinery,the necessity of oil monitoring on screw shaft is introduced in this paper.The main wear elements concentration and micro characteristics of wear particles under normal state are put forward based on the samples'analysis to two different kind of ships.These research results are important for the application of oil monitoring technique on marine machinery.
