摘要
广州地铁海珠广场车站基坑深达24.5m,是目前广州地区最深的基坑。基坑所处地层十分复杂,有较厚的淤泥层和细砂层,基坑支护要求高,施工难度大。文章介绍了该地铁车站深基坑支护的选择原则以及地下连续墙和钢管支撑的设计要点,对半土半岩地层地下连续墙插入深度进行了探讨,提出了钢管支撑杆件标准化和制作、安装、维修一体化的构想。
The Foundation pit of Haizhou square station is 24. 5 m deep, which is the deepest one in Guangahou at present. The ground stratum is quite complex, with silt layer and fine sand layer mixed, so the construction is difficult to be carried out and the requirement of pit support is strict. In this paper, the selection principle of the pit support of the metro station are introduced, as well as the key points of the design of diaphram and steel pipe support. Furthermore a discussion on the inserted depth of the diaphram in soil-rock stratum is undertaken and a conception of standardization of steel pipe components and a connected sequence of manufacturing, installation and maintenance are put forward.
