树鼩胸腺哺育细胞的电镜定位及其形态特征

Motphological characteristics and Localization of Tree Shrew's Thymic Nurse Cells under Electron Microscope

本文报告用透射电镜观察8只云南幼仔树鼩 TNC 的结果。证实8只幼鼩的 TNC 均位于胸腺皮质;其形态超微结构特征与人及小鼠胸腺皮质区观察到的 TNC 基本一致,未观察到树鼩 TNC 具有桥粒及人 TNC 与毛细血管接触之类似结构。

This paper reports the observations on morphological characteristics and locations of TNC in tree shrew(Tupaia beiangeri Chinensis)under EM.It is confirmed that all the TNC in 8 newborn tree shrews locate in the cortical area of the thymus.The characteristics of its ultrastructure are similar to what have been observed in the thymic cortex of human/mouse. The desmosomes of TNC and the structure that is in contact with the capillary in the human TNC have not been observed in the tree shrew.
