摘要
分析了 SPZ- 2 0 0型配碴整形车的空气制动机失控原因 ,对空气制动机进行了改进 ,详述了紧急作用旁路系统的管路及自动控制电路。实践证明 ,改进后的制动机性能稳定 ,失控现象基本消除。
This article analyses the causes of the out of control of air brakes used in SPZ-200 type ballast regulator and outlines the measures to make improvements on the brakes.It also details the pipes of by pass system for emergency use,as well as the automatic control electric circuit.The normal operation proves the reliable performance of the improved brake without the out of control phenomena.
