本文对晚期宫颈癌,用超分割放疗加宫颈癌根治术,取得较满意的治疗效果:提高了局部区域控制率、减少了并发症、缩短了术前放疗时间;增加了晚期宫颈癌的手术机会并加深了手术时深度及广度。

The purpose of this article is to describe the operation of late cervical carcinoma after be- ing treated by hyperfractional radiation therapy.It raises local control rate and reduces com- plications.It shortens the radiation time before the operation and offers a good chance for the operation of late cervical carcinoma.Meanwhile,it develops the range and quality of the op- eration and has a better curative effect.
