摘要
线阵 CCD作为成像器件得到了日益广泛的应用 ,因而研究线阵 CCD的调制传递函数 MTF显得非常必要和重要。本文分析线阵 CCD动态 MTF及静态 MTF。
The linear array CCD has been used more and more widely as an imaging sensor.It is impartmant and necessary to study the modulation transfer function of linear array CCD.In this paper,the static and dynamic modulation transfer functions of linear array CCD are analyzed and some elements which have great effect on MTF are discussed.
