摘要
利用红外吸收原理 ,研制一种测量 1.33μm波段甲烷浓度的测试仪。该仪器的特点是测量时不受其他气体成份影响 ,体积小 ,精度高 ,采用数字显示 ,操作简单 。
Based on the principle of infrared ray absorption,a portable instrument for measuring CH 4 concentrat at has been developed.The advantage is that other gases do not affect the measuring accuracy.It has a small volume and high accuracy.The measuring instrument displays nummerically the results and is operated easily.
