摘要
实验测得八异戊氧基钯酞菁掺杂有机改性溶胶凝胶固体材料在Ar+ 激光作用下形成的大的与光强相关的多环衍射图案。研究了不同波长下的光学限幅特性。由于其大的光学限幅效应及其固体的可加工性 。
Significant intensity-dependant self-diffraction of palladium-octaisopentyloxy-phythalocyanine-doped ormosil was measured under the illumination of CW Ar+ laser beam. Its chemical structure, typical diffraction pattern, optical limiting behavior and absorption spectra were described. Optical limiting properties at different wavelength were investigated. Due to its large optical limiting effect and solid-state processability, this material has potential applications in constructing optical limiters.
