摘要
对多重光反馈的激光自混合干涉现象进行了实验观察 ,并基于含复合腔激光器结构 ,建立了系统模型 ,模型的仿真结果与实验结果相吻合。
The self-mixing interference effects in a laser diode with multiple optical feedback were studied theoretically and experimentally. The system model was established, based on the compound cavity effect in lasers. The numerical analysis of the model is in good agreement with experimental results. The results contribute to the theory of self-mixing interference and to the design of a displacement measurement system with high resolution.
