滑膜肉瘤的双相分化特性与诊断

Characteristics and Diagnosis of Diphasic Differentiated Synovial Sarcoma

本文报道一例左胸锁关节附近的滑膜肉瘤,肿瘤组织学图象显示恶性上皮样细胞占绝对多数如同癌瘤。通过肿瘤的体外细胞培养及体内异种移植,用光镜、电镜及组织化学方法观察了患者肿瘤、培养细胞及异种移植肿瘤,证实并阐明了滑膜肉瘤的双相分化图象,有助于对滑膜肉瘤复杂图像的了解及正确的诊断。

This paper reports a case of synovial sarcoma situated near the left sternoclavicular joint.The histological pictures of the tumor showed that the malignant epithelioid cells were in the absolute majority as cancer.Through cell culture and heterotransplantation of the tumor in vitro and in vivo,the patient's tumor,the cultured cells and the heterotransplantation tumor were observed by light microscopy,electron microscopy and histochemical stan.The features of diphasic differentiation of synovial sarcoma were identified and expounded,and it is helpful to under- standing the features of all types of synovial sarcoma and making a correct diagnosis.
