摘要
三氯化铝与黄酮化合物作用后 ,生成黄酮的铝络合物为黄色 ,使用分光比色测定得光密度 ,计算黄酮化合物的含量 ,经反复试验探讨 ,研究结果表明 :浸提茶水比为 1∶80 ,浸提时间为 6 0min时 ,桑叶茶的黄酮类化合物浸出量最大 。
AlCi 3 reacts on flavone compound to get the yellow complex of flavone aluminum.Compute the flavone compound content by determining OD with photoelectric colorimeter.After testing repeatedly,the results showed that extracts was maximum with material water ratio 1∶80,time 60 minutes.Furthermore,the eletermintion results reappeared well.
