佛手瓜小孢子发生和雄配子体的形成

STUDIES ON THE MICROSPOROGENSIS AND FORMATION OF MALE GAMETOPHYTE OF SECHIUM EDULE

对佛手瓜的小孢子发生和雄配子体的形成进行了研究,并对成熟花粉进行了电镜扫描。其小孢子和雄配子体的形成可分为:1)造孢细胞时期;2)小孢子母细胞时期;3)单核小孢子时期;4)二核小孢子时期;5)成熟花粉期。小孢子减数分裂是同时型。成熟花粉属葫芦科花粉的多萌发沟类型,具有刺状雕纹和网状雕纹。

The auther has studied the microsporogensis and formation of male gametophyte ,and the pollen scanning of Sechium edule.The microsporogensis and formation of male gametophyte could be divided into 5 phases:1.stage of sporogenous cell,2.stage of microspore mother cell,3,stage of one -nuclear microspore,4.stage of two-nuclear microspore,5.stage of pollen ripening.The meiosis of microspore mother cell is simulta- neous type.The mature pollen has reticulate and echinate and belongs to polycolpus type of Curearbitaceae pollen.
