摘要
本文介绍了发电机转子滴浸工艺过程微机控制系统的设计思想和设计方法。该系统与滴浸装置配套实现了发电机转子滴浸过程中温度的在线检测和实时控制。实际运行表明,设计是成功的。
In this paper, an idea and a method of designing the computer controlsystem with a monolithic processer for trickle impregnating process ofgenerator rotor are introduced. Together with the trickle impregnatingdevice, the system has achieved the on-line detection of the rotor windingtemperature and the real-time control of the trickle impregnating process.The practical operation shows that the design is successful.
