The paper discusses the range,goal and method of adminstrative enforcement.It is believed that adminstrative enforcement is a legal technical term which is to describe concrete adminstrative action.Its range must comprise two conditions,of adminstrative subject to adminstrative resolutions and to effective judgement.Its goal is to eliminate the infringement state which take shape since citizens under duties obligatory refuse to fulfil legal obligations.Many a method can be adopted to attain a goal.However,advantages and disadvantages of each method should be paid attention to.
