This paper,based on the analysis and assessment to the tourism developmental condition of Xiaogan city,expounds the strategically thought and developmental strategy for implementing the thought to the tourism development of Xiaogan city,makes clear the focal point of the strategy and finally puts forward the strategically countermeasure to the tourism development of Xiaogan city.
