摘要
在自然低温锻炼过程中,用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶盘状电泳,比较越冬性不同的15个品种苹果幼树一年生枝条过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱的变化。结果表明,10月越冬性强的品种增加一条R_f0.29的新酶带;越冬性弱的品种不增加新的酶带。10月越冬性强的品种R_f0.18、0.27两条酶带染色比越冬性弱的品种深。说明迁移率慢的两条过氧化物酶同工酶酶带的表这及新酶带增加的早晚与苹果幼树品种间的越冬性强弱有关。
Changes jn peroxidase fractions in one-year-old shoots of fifteencultivars with different over-wintering performance under natural lowtemperature were an alysed by polyacrylamida gel disc eletrophoresis.Date showed that all variefies of stronger over-wintering performanceadded one new band (Rf 0.29) in October. All variefies of pool over-wintering performance didn't have the band. Comparing the expressionof Rf 0.27 and 0.18 peroxidase fractions, it was found that the variefiesof poor over-wintering performance was lighter in dye degree than thoseof stronger over-wintering performance in October. Date showed thatthe earlier or later increase of new peroxidase fraction band and theexpression case of two peroxidase fractions in the slower electrophreticmobility areas were related to the difference of over-wintering performancebetween variefies of young apple trees.
