摘要
为研究多种絮凝剂在活性染料废水中的脱色性能和影响因素 ,设计了 p H值对脱色效能的影响、投加量对脱色效果的影响、有机絮凝剂与无机絮凝剂的脱色效果对比以及不同絮凝剂的化学耗氧量 ( COD)净化率对比实验 .结果表明 ,有机高分子絮凝剂与无机絮凝剂相比具有用量小、效率高、受 p H及环境湿度影响小等优点 ,并得出了聚二甲基二烯丙氯化胺 ( PDADMA)在最佳 p H适用范围、脱色剂投加量以及 COD净化率等方面都具有明显优于无机絮凝剂之处的结论 .
In this paper, the functions and influential factors of many flocculating agents that are dissolved in the waste water from active dyes were studied. Through the experimental study about the effects of pH acidity value,the amount of agents,the comparison of the decolorized efficiency of the organic flocculating agents,the inorganic flocculating agents and the comparison of the purification of COD,the organic macromolecular flocculating agents was proved to have more advantage over inorganic flocculating agents, such as less amount, but higher efficiency and the character of being less influenced by pH or the environmental humidity.
