摘要
苹大卷叶蛾是果树主要害虫之一。本文测定了不同虫龄的苹大卷叶蛾ATP、cAMP含量,并研究了早熟素对其的影响。实验结果表明,经早熟素处理后,各个虫龄ATP含量都有不同程度的降低.cAMP含量明显上升。从DMA、RNA和蛋白质的动态实验来看,早熟素能使幼虫的DNA合成速率有一过性增加,作用48h则与对照组相同。而对RNA和蛋白质合成速率则无明显差异。
Choristoneura longicellana Walsinghan is one of the main fruit-treeinsect pests. The level of ATP at different age pests treated withprecocene was reduced to various degrees, while the level of cAMP waselevated obviously. Precocene could temporaily increase the insect DNAsynthetic rate, but make no difference at being treated 48h in comparisonwith the control. Precocene has no significant effects on the RNA andprotein synthetic rates.
