摘要
本工作用过硫酸钾(K_2S_2O_8)作引发剂,用一价非交联阳离子控制交联度,用溶液聚合方法,通过对中和度、引发剂用量、反应温度以及反应时间等进行筛选,获得了较好的聚合条件,制备出了PAS—8801、PAS—8802两种型号吸水性高分子材料—交联聚丙烯酸钠(PAS)。同时对材料的吸水性能及热性能进行了研究,两种材料的吸水率均在800倍以上。实验结果表明,此种材材不仅具有很高的吸水率,而且具有很好的保水性以及优良的热稳定性。
In this paper, two kinds of water absorbent macromolecular materialshave been prepared by solution polymerization. They are PAS-8801 andPAS-8802. The initiator used was potassium persulfate (K_2S_2O_8), thedegree of crosslinking was controlled by monovalent cation. The optimumsof polymerization have been obtained by choosing neutralization degree,amount of initiator, reaction temperature and time. The water absorbentand thermal properties of the sample have been studied. The waterabsorbencies of the sample are above 800 g H_2O/g dry sample. Theresult of experiment showed the sample have not only larger absorbencybut also good water retention and thermal stability.
