An Exploration into the Phenomenon of “High Consumption of talented persons” in Employment of Graduates of Higher Education

当前在高校毕业生就业中出现的人才高消费与低学历人才闲置的现象 ,造成了教育资源的浪费 ,需要从教育的体制和人才供需结构全面进行梳理和改革 ,真正形成人才市场的健康、协调运作机制。

Currently there arises the phenomenon of high consumption of talented persons and person of low learning record being left unused in enployment of graduates from college and university.This results in the waste of educational resources.It needs an overall adjustment and reform in educational system and structure of supply and demand of qualified personnel,so as to form a mechanism which can normally and coordinately work in the market of employment of talented persons.
