摘要
根据彼得·纽马克的理论 ,旅游资料属于以呼唤功能为主的文章 ,其核心是读者。旅游资料英译应侧重译文和读者。为求得原文和译文在功能上的对等 ,在旅游资料英译中 ,可采用解释、增补、类比、删减、创造性翻译等手法。
According to Peter Newmark,tourist writing has vocative function and focuses on readers.Therefore,its English translation must havt the same effect.In the process of translation,certain techniques like explanation,supplement,analogy,deletion and adjustment etc.can be adopted in order to achieve the functional equivalence between the original text and the corresponding English version.
